Helene Notes

Per Emails w/ Kirk:  JPMorgan Chase Bank

Ideas:  Former WAMU customers that opted for emails - embedded video similar to Barack Obama's campaign emails?

Ustream.tv - allows comments during transmission.

(Sidenote - mission for video? JPMorgan Chase Bank has recently opened office across the U.S. to meet with homeowners whose home loans were done through WAMU and are 30 days past due to work out modification agreements).  Using video to get this message out/communicate with customers is a great idea for numerous reasons:

Establishes JPM, an east coast biz, on the west coast

Promotes JPM as a business who will help prevent customers from losing their homes.

Kirk: Cool idea, but is it really good to bring up and "east" versus "west" kind of jibe?  Or does it even make any sense now since we are a whole collective in the world?  And how do we incorporate the Web 2.0 angle?  How about creating some mashups?  We could mash up JPM bank failure statistics against JPM wins, showing how JPM measures up to other alternatives.  If you do the reasoning for people, they don't have to work it out.  They just have to tune in -- or as we say, #followfriday.
